How does the translation process at GSOLEX work?

Our translation process is uniquely engineered to not only provide our clients with a clear understanding of the content they are having translated but rather to ensure its correctness and completeness. In order to do so, we have developed a system that allows us to verify quality and produce a top notch service. Here is what we do:

 

  • The document is translated by a qualified linguist;
  • That translation is sent to an editor for proofreading;
  • The feedback from the proofreader is conveyed to the original team;
  • A final translation file is sent to out formatting (desktop publishing) team;
  • The formatted or recreated file is sent to a 3rd linguist to verify the file was not corrupted during formatting;
  • Our Project Manager reads through it for additional comprehension purposes;
  • Its sent to the client for review, once approved;
  • The final file is certified for the client.

Who will handle my translation?

When will I receive my translation?

Regular immigration certificates and other one page documents will be delivered within the established time frame. This will largely depend on your needs, the volume and/or size of the request, languages involved, as well as the subject matter and level of complexity. We have services to meet a multitude of turnaround times and special delivery request. We just need to know when you needs and preferences. Otherwise, a delivery date will be provided with your free quote before proceeding, and should the standard turnaround time not meet your requirements, we can usually offer other “expedited” service options to accelerate your request.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Absolutely. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement when requested and furthermore ask all our team members to do so as well when they begin working with us.

Can you provide certified translations?

Yes. We will, however, need to know what the intended purpose of the translation is. This way we can ensure the right certification is being provided. We can also gladly provide a notarized Certificate of Accuracy upon request for any of our services.
